【摘要】:ThispartofISO10771specifiesamethodoffatiguetestingthepressure-containingenvelopesofcomponentsusedinhydraulicfluidpowersystemsundersustainedsteadycyclicinternalpressureloads.ThispartofISO10771isonlyapplicabletocomponentpressure-containingenvelopesthat:—aremanufacturedfrommetals;—areoperatedattemperaturesthatexcludecreepandlow-temperatureembrittlement;—areonlysubjectedtopressure-inducedstresses;—arenotsubjectedtolossofstrengthduetocorrosionorotherchemicalaction;—mayincludegaskets,sealsandothernon-metalliccomponents;however,thesearenotconsideredpartofthepressure-containingenvelopebeingtested,(seenote3in5.5).ThispartofISO10771doesnotapplytopipingasdefinedinISO4413(i.e.connectors,hose,tubing,pipe).SeeISO8434-5,ISO6803andISO6605formethodsoffatiguetestingofpipingdevices.ThispartofISO10771establishesageneraltestmethodthatisapplicableformanyhydraulicfluidpowercomponents,butadditionalrequirementsormorespecificmethodsthatmayberequiredforparticularcomponentsarecontainedintheannexesorotherstandards.
