【摘要】:Thisdocument(EN12999-2002-A2-2006)hasbeenpreparedbyTechnicalCommitteeCEN/TC147"Cranes-Safety",thesecretariatofwhichisheldbyBSI.ThisAmendmenttotheEuropeanStandardEN12999-2002shallbegiventhestatusofanationalstandard,eitherbypublicationofanidenticaltextorbyendorsement,atthelatestbyOctober2006,andconflictingnationalstandardsshallbewithdrawnatthelatestbyOctober2006.ThisdocumenthasbeenpreparedunderamandategiventoCENbytheEuropeanCommissionandtheEuropeanFreeTradeAssociation,andsupportsessentialrequirementsofEUDirective(s).Theprovisionsofthisamendmentshallnotbemandatorytocranesmanufacturedthefirst12monthsafterthedateofavailabilityoftheamendment.Theprovisionsconcerningstresscalculationsshallnotapplytocranesdesignedbeforethedateofavailabilityoftheamendment.AccordingtotheCEN/ECNELECInternalRegulations,thenationalstandardsorganizationsofthefollowingcountriesardboundtoimplementthisEuropeanStandard:Austria,Belgium,Cyprus,CzechRepublic,Denmark,Estonia,Finland,France,Germany,Greece,Hungary,Iceland,Ireland,Italy,Latvia,Lithuania,Luxembourg,Malta,Netherlands,Norway,Poland,Portugal,Romania,Slovakia,Slovenia,Spain,Sweden,SwitzerlandandUnitedKingdom.
