【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidanceonamethodforthedeterminationofthecarboncontentinsteelscontainingotheralloyingelements(lessthan1%to2%bymass)usingthecalibrationcurvemethod.Itspecifiesthesamplepreparation,X-raydetection,establishmentofthecalibrationcurveandtheprocedureforthedeterminationoftheuncertaintyofthemeasuredcarboncontent.Itisapplicabletosteelscontainingamassfractionofcarbonoflessthan1,0%.Themethodisnotapplicabletosteelswithhighercarboncontents,whichcouldsignificantlyaffecttheaccuracyoftheanalysisresults.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoanalysesperformedusingnormalbeamincidenceandwavelength-dispersiveX-rayspectrometry;itisnotdesignedtobeusedforenergy-dispersiveX-rayspectrometry.
