【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoverschromium-molybdenum-tungstenalloysteelforgingsintendedprimarilyforuseinboilersandpressurevesselsforelevatedtemperatureservice.1.1.1Elevatedtemperaturesaretemperaturesintherangewherecreepandstressrupturepropertiesareimportantforthealloysteelsinthisspecification.1.2SupplementaryrequirementsareprovidedbothinthisspecificationandintheGeneralRequirementsSpecificationA788/A788Mforusewhenadditionaltestingorinspectionisdesired.Theseshallapplyonlywhenspecifiedindividuallybythepurchaserinthepurchaseorderorcontract.1.3Unlesstheorderspecifiestheapplicable"M"specificationdesignation,theforgingsshallbesuppliedtotheinch-poundunits.1.4Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundorSI(metric)unitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetextandtables,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.
